so much ‘rock’ in addition to ‘roll’
I got to say, that I didn’t really get into Jet’s first album. I thought it was sort of cool, but I think at the time I was so in love with The Strokes that Jet was the second best thing. Joe at my work got this CD to review so I swiped it off him. It is with much pleasure to say that this album is too much fun for its own good. I feel so rock and roll when I listen to it – can’t get enough of it.
Check out the cover too – they look so damn cool! Apart from the single Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is, the songs that I love the most are Holiday and Stand Up. Check it out if you can. Maybe I love it more cause it was free.
