Saw this when I was wasting time - the Status Calendar. Thought it was pretty funny.

Ever since I got my iPod Touch for Christmas I have been obsessed with finding the best applications for it. I have mainly been going for free ones cause I am tight, however Rolando was definitely worth the $13. Not only does it look amazingly rad, and not only is the supplied music better than taking acid at a Santana concert (just guessing), but it makes great use of the touch features.

You roll these little fellas around all these worlds by tilting the iPod and launching them over spikes and things that look like the blackboard out of Mr.Squiggle. It is great fun. I can also now check my facebook from anywhere in my unit which is vitally important.

Today Laura and I spent the afternoon making and decorating ginger bread cookies. We like to role play in the kitchen - I am an out of luck restaurant owner who is useless with cooking, and Laura is an irate and knowledgeable Gordon Ramsey. It is sometimes hard to separate role play from reality. Oh the fun we have!

Movies these days are nothing but re-makes and re-boots. Lucky I am a sucker for them! I am pretty keen for the new AstroBoy movie. Looks like they are putting a fair bit of money into it; at most it will cost me a student’s ticket price so … I am happy.
