Today Laura and I spent the afternoon making and decorating ginger bread cookies. We like to role play in the kitchen – I am an out of luck restaurant owner who is useless with cooking, and Laura is an irate and knowledgeable Gordon Ramsey. It is sometimes hard to separate role play from reality. Oh the fun we have!

Movies these days are nothing but re-makes and re-boots. Lucky I am a sucker for them! I am pretty keen for the new AstroBoy movie. Looks like they are putting a fair bit of money into it; at most it will cost me a student’s ticket price so … I am happy.

This is easily one of the dumbest inventions that I have even seen. It takes the iPhone and turns it into a massive game console just so you can play the games slightly more accurately. It is the Game Grip.

Oh no. Did the inventor not understand the concept of mobile phone? Now one would have to buy a backpack to carry their iPhone, Game Grip and gaming gloves.

Joe took me to see a preview screening of Step Brothers last night. It is too funny. I haven’t laughed so hard since … Semi Pro. That is me though – I could watch 2 hours of Will Ferrell reading the dictionary and I would laugh.

I found this fun site called Yearbook Yourself. You upload your photo and choose any style from the past 50 years. Some photos are plain funny, others are a little to realistic – (like the last photo; that looks like the haircut I got the other day.)
